Acceptable Use Policy
1. About this Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out what you may and may not do with the agentic collaboration platform and related services (the "Services") operated by Org AI LLC ("Org AI", "we", "us", "our") at organization.ai.
This Policy is part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Use (the "Terms"). It expands on section 8 (Acceptable use) of the Terms; where this Policy and the Terms address the same subject, they are read together, and the Terms decide any conflict. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
2. Who this Policy applies to
This Policy applies to the Customer and to every User the Customer permits to access the Services, including administrators, members, invited guests, and any automated agent, integration, or credential acting on the Customer's behalf. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of your Users as if they were your own, and you must make sure your Users know and follow this Policy.
3. Prohibited uses
You must use the Services lawfully, in good faith, and fairly. You must not, and must not permit any User to, do any of the following.
3.1 Unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful;
- act in a way that harms, or is likely to harm, the privacy, safety, rights, or legitimate business interests of another customer or any third party;
- infringe or misappropriate anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
- engage in fraud, deception, phishing, or any attempt to obtain money, credentials, or data by false pretences;
- consume the Service in negligent or overexcessive ways, especially (but not only) to resell or pass on the value to 3rd parties;
- spread or cummulate several accounts of the Service to surpass or game the limits, quotas or other usage boundaries and/or to gain disproportional benefit for themselves or third parties from the Service usage compared to regular customers or to the detriment of other customers.
3.2 Security and platform integrity
- attempt to access another customer's data, account, or Company Brain, or to defeat or degrade the separation between customers;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, access-control, clearance, quota, or rate-limiting measure, except under a testing programme we have agreed with you in writing;
- use the Services to distribute malware, or to introduce any code, agent, or instruction (including a prompt-injection or jailbreak attempt) designed to exfiltrate data, gain unauthorised access, or cause the Services to act outside their intended function;
- place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Services, or interfere with their operation or with any other customer's use of them.
3.3 Content you bring into the Services
- ingest, upload, connect, or otherwise bring in material you have no right to bring in, or that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious;
- bring in special-category or highly sensitive personal data (for example health, biometric, or government-identifier data, or the personal data of children) except where you are lawfully entitled to process it and have a lawful basis to do so;
- use the Services in a way that breaches a duty of confidence you owe to a third party.
3.4 Content and output you generate
- generate or distribute material that is unlawful, that harasses or defames, or that incites violence or self-harm;
- generate child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises a minor – this is prohibited absolutely and will be reported to the competent authorities;
- impersonate a person or organisation in a deceptive way, or present machine-generated Output as human-authored where doing so would deceive someone to their detriment;
- create or spread disinformation, or content intended to manipulate an election, defraud, or unlawfully influence a market.
3.5 Commercial and technical restrictions
- resell, sublicense, rent, or make the Services available to anyone other than your Users, or use the Services to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or model;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the extent applicable law says we cannot prevent it;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services other than through features we provide for that purpose;
- remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary or attribution notice.
3.6 Responsible use of AI features
- rely on Output as the sole basis for a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on a person (for example employment, credit, housing, insurance, or access to essential services) without meaningful human review;
- use the Services to provide regulated professional advice (for example legal, medical, or financial advice) to third parties in a way that presents Output as such advice without appropriate professional oversight;
- use the Services in a manner prohibited by an AI provider's terms, or that would cause us to breach those terms.
4. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any use of the Services that breaches this Policy – including a security concern, abusive content, or suspected unauthorised access – please tell us promptly at support@organization.ai. We investigate reports we receive and act on them under section 5.
5. Enforcement and suspension
Where we reasonably believe you or a User has breached this Policy, we may take one or more of the following steps, proportionate to the seriousness of the breach:
- investigate, and ask you for information reasonably needed to assess the breach;
- remove, disable, or quarantine the offending material or the feature involved;
- suspend or close the account, in whole or in part, in line with section 16 of the Terms. Where curmstances of the breache allow for that, we will ask you to fix the breach within required time period first; where immediate action is needed to protect the Services, us, another customer, or a third party – including a threat to security, unlawful activity, or a risk of harm – we may act without prior notice and will tell you as soon as we reasonably can;
- report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with any lawful investigation.
Forfeiture. Where we suspend or close an account for a breach of the acceptable-use rules, the forfeiture rule in section 8 of the Terms applies: any unconsumed subscription period, add-on, credit, or other purchased item is forfeited without refund, in whole or in part at our discretion, having regard to the seriousness of the breach.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the version and dates above and, where the Terms require it, give you notice as set out in the Terms. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
